1. Nature of the Platform

Hind Movers Group operates as a membership-driven business directory and trust platform. We verify member businesses through documented KYC, GST verification, and reference checks at the time of onboarding. However, day-to-day service delivery — including pricing, transit timelines, packing quality, vehicle availability, and customer handling — remains the sole responsibility of the individual member business that you engage. Inclusion in our directory or display of a Verified, Premium, or BharatGold tier badge does not constitute a direct endorsement of every transaction undertaken by that member.

2. Member Listings and Business Information

Business information published on member profiles — including company name, owner name, year of establishment, areas served, fleet size, sample pricing, photographs of vehicles and office premises, and customer testimonials — is supplied by the member at registration and updated by them periodically. Hind Movers Group performs reasonable verification at onboarding but does not continuously audit every change. We encourage prospective customers to independently verify critical information (GST number, IBA accreditation if claimed, insurance policy validity, vehicle registration) directly with the member before booking a high-value move.

3. Pricing References and Quotation

Any pricing benchmark, rate card, or sample quotation shown on the platform is illustrative. The actual quotation between you and a member business is a contract between those two parties; Hind Movers Group is not a party to that contract unless explicitly stated. Pricing varies by shipment volume, distance, packing scope, insurance opted, GST applicability, and seasonal demand. The platform does not collect commission or markup on member quotations; we operate on annual membership fees paid by businesses.

4. Tier Benefits and Display

Member tiers — Verified, Premium, BharatGold, and Founders Council — carry different benefits, listing privileges, badge displays, and member-only resources. Tier eligibility, fee structure, renewal terms, and termination conditions are governed by the membership agreement signed between the member and Hind Movers Group. Tier display on the website reflects the current paid status at the time of page load; if a member fails to renew or is suspended for code-of-conduct violation, their tier badge will be downgraded or removed.

5. Limitation of Liability

Hind Movers Group liability is limited to the membership service we provide to listed businesses. For service disputes between a customer and a member business — including damage to goods, delay in delivery, billing disagreement, or refund dispute — the customer must first approach the member directly. If unresolved, the customer may escalate to our Grievance Redressal channel which acts as a facilitator. We do not underwrite, insure, or guarantee the financial obligations of any member business toward a customer.

6. Third-Party Links, Payments, and Tools

The platform contains hyperlinks to third-party utilities including Google Maps, GST verification portals, vehicle registration databases, and online payment processors used for membership fee collection. Hind Movers Group does not control, own, or guarantee the uptime, content, or data handling of these external services. Membership payments processed through payment gateways are governed by the gateway provider terms in addition to our own Refund Policy.

7. Data Privacy and DPDP Act 2023

Personal and business data submitted to the platform — including owner KYC documents, GST certificates, address proof, contact information, photographs, and customer testimonials — is processed in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 of India. Member businesses retain ownership of their submitted content. Hind Movers Group uses this data to operate the directory, verify identities, communicate platform updates, and resolve disputes. We do not sell or trade member or visitor data. Limited disclosure may occur to law enforcement, courts, or regulatory bodies under valid legal compulsion.

8. Customer Reviews and Ratings

Customer reviews shown against member profiles are sourced from verified bookings logged through the platform or shared by members with consent of the reviewer. Reviews are moderated for compliance with our content policy (no defamation, no PII leakage, no commercial spam) but are not edited for substance. Hind Movers Group does not arbitrate the truth of individual review content; the reviewer and the member retain responsibility for the accuracy of statements published.

9. Force Majeure

Hind Movers Group shall not be held liable for any platform downtime, data delay, or service failure caused by events beyond reasonable control — including server outages at our hosting provider, natural disasters, government-mandated internet restrictions, large-scale cyberattacks, pandemic restrictions affecting operations, or any other circumstance qualifying as force majeure under Indian contract law. Members and customers should rely on independent communication channels (phone, email) when platform access is temporarily unavailable.

10. Intellectual Property

The Hind Movers Group brand, logo, tricolor visual identity, membership tier badges, platform design, original photography, KYC verification workflow descriptions, and the Bharatiya cultural motifs used on the site are the intellectual property of Hind Movers Group and our licensors. Reproduction or commercial reuse without written permission is prohibited under the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999. Member businesses retain ownership of their own logos, photographs, and copy submitted to their profiles; they grant us a non-exclusive license to display this content on their member page.

11. Bilingual Content Notice

Portions of the Hind Movers Group platform are published in English and Hindi (Devanagari script) for the convenience of our diverse member and visitor base. Where any discrepancy arises between the English and Hindi versions of a policy clause, the English version shall prevail unless a Hindi-only signed agreement explicitly states otherwise. Translations are prepared in good faith but should not be treated as a legal substitute for the original English text in formal disputes.

12. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

This disclaimer, our membership agreements, and any dispute arising from the use of this platform are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. The Consumer Protection Act, 2019 grants customers the right to file complaints at their territorial Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission. All other disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at New Delhi. Arbitration, where mutually agreed, shall be conducted under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
