These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Hind Movers Group ("Company", "we", "us"). By booking our services, accessing our website, or engaging with us in any capacity, you ("Customer", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order, accepting a quote, or making any payment to Hind Movers Group, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Service Description
Hind Movers Group provides relocation, packing, transport, storage, and logistics services to residential and commercial customers across India. Specific service scope, timeline, and pricing are detailed in the individual quote, work order, or agreement signed with each customer.
3. Quotes & Bookings
- Quotes are valid for 7 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified
- Final pricing is confirmed after physical pre-move survey and inventory check
- Bookings are confirmed only on receipt of advance payment (typically 30% of estimated total)
- Customer must provide accurate inventory, pickup address, delivery address, and access details
4. Customer Obligations
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information about goods, addresses, and any special handling requirements
- Ensure goods are ready for packing/loading at the scheduled time
- Declare any hazardous, valuable, or restricted items (jewelry, cash, weapons, lithium batteries, etc.) โ these may not be accepted for transit
- Be present (or designate a representative) at pickup and delivery
- Inspect goods at delivery and report visible damage in writing within 24 hours
- Make timely payments as per the agreed payment schedule
5. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are inclusive of applicable GST (currently 18%)
- Toll taxes, parking fees, and inter-state permits are billed separately at actuals with receipts
- Advance payment: 30% on booking confirmation
- Balance payment: 100% on delivery, before unloading
- Accepted payment modes: UPI, bank transfer, credit/debit card, cash (under โน2 lakhs per legal limit)
- Late payment beyond 15 days attracts interest at 18% per annum
6. Cancellation
- Cancellation 48+ hours before scheduled move: full refund minus 5% processing fee
- Cancellation 24-48 hours before: 50% refund
- Cancellation less than 24 hours: no refund (advance forfeited)
- Date rescheduling: free if requested 48+ hours in advance, โน2,000 charge if less
7. Insurance & Liability
All shipments include comprehensive transit insurance up to โน5 crore (โน3 lakhs default for household items, โน5 lakhs for high-value cargo). Our liability for damage, loss, or delay is limited to the insured value of the affected items. Pre-existing damage, manufacturing defects, and consequential losses (business interruption, emotional distress) are excluded.
8. Excluded Items
We do not transport: cash, jewelry, important documents (passports, share certificates), pets, livestock, hazardous chemicals, weapons, ammunition, perishable food (beyond 24-hour transit), lithium-battery devices over 100Wh without prior declaration, and any items prohibited under Indian law.
9. Delays & Force Majeure
Hind Movers Group is not liable for delays caused by force majeure events including natural disasters, accidents, road blockages, political disturbances, government regulations, vehicle breakdowns despite reasonable maintenance, or any cause beyond our reasonable control.
10. Claims Process
- Damage or loss must be reported within 24 hours of delivery in writing (email to [email protected])
- Submit: photos of damage, item inventory, original invoice, and damage description
- Claim assessment within 48 hours
- Settlement within 30 days of acceptance
- Disputed claims escalate to Grievance Officer
11. Intellectual Property
All content on our website (logo, text, images, brand name) is the property of Hind Movers Group and protected under Indian copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in the city where Hind Movers Group is registered, unless mandated otherwise by Consumer Protection Act 2019.

We encourage amicable resolution. If a dispute arises:

14. Changes to Terms
Hind Movers Group reserves the right to modify these Terms. Continued use of our services after modification constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
